Dear Brieanna,

We've been enjoying the July festivities here in Utah.  We celebrated the 4th of July, by seeing fireworks at a park called Thanksgiving Point.  Yesterday, we went to an annual parade in our city.  The boys got bags full of candy which the parade participants would through out from the cars.  I love this parade, because it includes all of the local politicians, and tiny businesses in our community.  There was also a big celebration in our central park, with bands and kiddy rides.  I wish you were here with us.  As I recall, Canada also celebrates an independence day.  Brieanna regardless of what you are told by those around you, always remember that you are an American Citizen.   Some day when you are grown this will have greater importance and significance to you.

Love,

Dad.
