Dear Brieanna,

It's officially spring now.  This month has been breaking records for heat.  Unfortunately, all of the trees are blooming, so it's allergy season as well.  I hope you were spared my allergies, cause they hit me really hard.  When I'm on allergy medicine, I'm completely wiped, but if I don't take it, I'm also incapacitated. I don't get much relief until July.  When I was a child I had sever asthma, which fortunately went away, but the allergies have remained.  I think Asher may have gotten my allergies, but I think Noelle and Seth were spared.

Melanie has been called to be Relief Society President of our ward, which is a huge calling.  She is busy helping people all of the time, and the phone is ringing constantly.  It's been a huge impact on our family.  Melanie was already busy with all of her businesses, music and activities that she does.

Noelle is a funny baby. She's almost 2 and half years old.  She's talking better now.  Age two is my favorite age for children, because they are so sweet, and fun.  Noelle isn't interested in dolls but has a stuffed dog we call "puppy" that she caries around everywhere.  I bought her some yellow sun glasses which she likes to wear.  She also likes to carry around a big white blanket, where ever she goes. She is about half potty trained, so she wears a diaper half the time.  She likes to ride around on my back, and pretend she's a cow girl.

I have a bed time ritual with the kids.  I usually play games for about an hour with the children after dinner. We then get everyone in pajamas, and have them brush their teeth, and then we read from the illustrated bible.  It's the same one you and I used to read from.  We then say prayers, and then I get everyone a drink of water, and give them a kiss good night.  It's not much different than what I used to do with you.

I miss you Brieanna, I which you where here to enjoy our family.

Love,

Dad.
